Come Rejuvenate, Rest, and Nourish yourself on a WEEKEND retreat, located in the charming village of Sag Harbor, NY. Awaken your body, mind and spirit through mindful yoga, delicious organic vegetarian meals, a visit to the Jackson Pollock Studio or Parrish Museum, and spending time with old and new friends.
A master of many modalities in healing, Keeley Garfield, will lead us through this special weekend of Age Positive celebration. She will guide us through meditation, yoga, movement and reike. Our weekend will include discussions and journaling. Our foods and nutritional talks will focus on elements to promote sleep, body stiffness, and metal fatigue. We are our communities support. We are supported by each other.

All weekend retreats include 4 yoga classes, all meals, a hands on cooking class and nutritional talk, and plenty of time to relax and rest. You can also choose to take a walk, hike, go to the beach, visit a museum or the town of Sag Harbor, take in a massage, or a private yoga class!
You will leave the weekend nourished, recharged, and aligned with the compass of your heart.
Friday - Sunday Wknds: $tbd per person for shared bedroom (per person based on double occupancy).
All our bedrooms have 1 or 2 beds, depending on your needs. Please email us to determine which bedrooms are available and to let us know which one you prefer. We'll send you bedroom pictures.
Our weekends are intimate. This group will be between 8-10 guests.
