Come Rejuvenate, Rest, and Nourish yourself on a WEEKEND retreat AT THE BEACH, located in the charming village of Sag Harbor, NY. Awaken your body, mind and spirit through mindful yoga, delicious organic vegetarian meals, a visit to the Jackson Pollock Studio or Parrish Museum, and spending time with old and new friends.
We will spend time finding balance between our natural tendencies to focus inward and settle down, with restorative yoga and meditation, and open up and be expressive through the warming practices of vinyasa yoga.

Our weekends offer:
All weekend retreats include 4 yoga classes, all meals, a hands on cooking class and nutritional talk, and plenty of time to relax and rest. You can also choose to take a walk, hike, go to the beach, visit a museum or the town of Sag Harbor, take in a massage, or a private yoga class!
You will leave the weekend nourished, recharged, and aligned with the compass of your heart.
Friday - Sunday Wknds: $825 per person for shared bedroom (per person based on double occupancy).
Thursday - Sunday Wknd: $1325 per person for shared bedroom (per person based on double occupancy).
All our bedrooms have 1 or 2 beds, depending on your needs. Please email us to determine which bedrooms are available and to let us know which one you prefer. We'll send you bedroom pictures.

Dates will be posted in January for our May thru Sept 2020 season in Sag Harbor, NY.
Our weekends run from Friday 4pm to Sunday 2pm.
